Meredith Vieira out as 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire' host

Former "Today" co-anchor Meredith Vieira is saying farewell to her hosting gig at "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," and will soon be focusing on a new role at NBC. Vieira hosted the daytime syndicated version of the hugely popular ABC game show for 11 seasons. She started at the show, produced by Disney-ABC Domestic Television, while also serving as moderator on ABC talker "The View."
